    put back active email folders that you deleted with new changes you made which are very confusing

    email now is too confusing and some of my active email folders were deleted by AOL...please restore them..

    Go back to the way it was. It takes FOREVER for today's email to load when I first open it for the day especially on my phone. I don't need fancy icons for every piece of junk mail I receive that just takes up space and memory. Before I had it set-up so when I selected AOL my email came up and I'd look at the news ONLY if I wanted to, which 99.9% of the time I Don't look at your "news” because it's Junk! And it's WORSE on my phone!

    With This New Junk When I Try To Read My Email On My Phone For The First Time Of The Day It Only Shows Yesterday's Email And Reloading The Page Doesn't Help By Its Self. I Then Have To Select An Email From Yesterday And The 2 Actions Together Will Bring Up Today's Email. Although all of this only takes a minute or so The Point Is It Did NOT Do That Before Your Update!!!!

    You must not have heard the old saying "if it's not broke don't fix it" because it wasn't broke until you"fixed” it!!! Please give back my old AOL!

    Chat customer service has been unable to resolve these issues. They directed me to this site. Good grief this is frustrating.

    your new format is confusing and im getting tons of ads that i cant unsubcribe from and dont want clogging up my email account

    I am not interested in ANY ads in my personal email box or in my news category.

    Have to sync email so that we see it as soon as it arrives. I can't use this for work or anything important. If you can't fix it you will lose a lot of users. I also want to leave the app set at email not News. Previous app worked well, so go back to it if you can't fix this.

    many of the things that have been removed or changed make it much more difficult to use the phone app for AOL. all these changes encourage me more to change to Gmail. Eg. to change an email to unread in order to make it more visible requires extra
    steps. even sending these comments is problematic. the screen is not programmed in a way that allows you easily to
    send it

    my phone email stopped working looking for password as of Mar 15th!!!!
    going to head to gmail if now resolved soon.
