    Apparently, when downloading last update, several important email folders disappeared. I can't figure out how to get them back.

    This new format is horrible. After 21 years with AOL it looks like time for a change if I can't get the old format back.

    new format has 50% wanted space in header and text of email so small it's not readable. why 2 headers? and why so much header white space? why is email font unreadable..what's the point of an email app if you cant read the emails?

    provide more detail instructions on the new app! we are having issues with folders created in the old version and now not visible. must search to see!?

    I too have lost folders and don't like the new format. If you don't go back and reinstall my folders I will cancel and go with gmail.
