    how is it that you have the right to mess us around like this and lose valuable irreplaceable files. please tell us how we can return to the previous format.

    prefer the previous version, far superior. If I am traveling, was easy to recover mail from al my folders, in prior version. Now I am seeing only a portion of my folders ! The previous version is more advanced, please go back !

    Please go back to the old format, this one is so much more messing about. I don't mind change as it improves things, this one certainly does not. I would consider changing providers if this does not change.

    email is hard to read, font is too small. how do I fix it?

    fire who ever decided this new email format was a good idea... or hang their heads from the walls of the red keep

    Some of my stored email folders are now missing since you updated your phone app. My phone is synced with my laptop AOL GOLD Desktop version so why the missing folders? Why change what wasn't broken? As it stands now, maybe I should quit PAYING for AOL GOLD and go to Gmail for FREE.
