    Because landscape format was working very well why change to portrait. How many people asked for this change.

    habe keine Idee, möchte nur das alte AOL. Das neue AOL habe ich versucht zu verstehen, es ist aber so Umständlich und auf eine E-Mail zu antworten oder neu zu schreiben, habe ich nicht gefunden. Bitte richten Sie mir das alte AOL wieder ein.

    I do not like the new format because it is user "unfriendly". I still haven't figured out the whole process. I have lost some new emails out of the blue and cannot retrieve them. the navigation is 1on a scale of 1 - 10. I have been with AOL since the mid '90s. If this format continues I will be forced to use my Google email account.

    you have changed the app without notice. some of my important folders have just gone yet some old and obviously unused ones have stayed. how can I get those files back.

    go back to the old way, it was a lot easier to use.

    this option was available in previous app. Needed so user can find unread mail quickly.

    Go back to the old days and report facts instead of twisting narratives. Reporting neutral news facts instead of one sided facts is what those before you did. They paved the way for you and all your doing is destroying the industry and separating Americans. Don't twist facts just for headlines and just do your job correctly.

    Have a on/off switch for the news I want emails not news full stop.
