    this new format SUCKS? Where are my folders, where is sent mail! What a TOTAL DISASTER! My guess, getting ready to say we can PAY for the old format! Such ****!

    If I want to see news I'll click on it. if aol wants news first then create an aol news app.

    It makes more sense to have reply as the main choice. Shouldn't have to hunt for the reply tab. the previous button version was more user friendly.

    I stay with aol because its simple and quick to get my mail. don't want or need all these extras. Will you actually listen to all of us and give us the option of going back to the old format. the joke out there is you can tell someone is old if they have an aol email adress. please listen to your customers.
