    Hate the new format. Can't figure it out and navigate easily. Give us a choice to go back to the old way that worked wonderfully for over 30 years!

    I actually pay to use AOL because I like the format. If it doesn't go back to the old format I may just stick to my Gmail account which I hadn't been using and save myself five bucks a month

    please replace the missing piece of code that allowed me to BCC a list on my newsletters. The newest upgrade is missing this and it is making me insane, I have used this feature for decades. Somebody made a big mistake when they were doing the new upgrade Code 2 days ago. It's a very simple fix, and I hope that you do it immediately. Thank you thank you!!!

    A LOT OF MY VERY IMPORTANT FOLDERS ARE MISSING! TGESE HAD IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS IN THEM AND SOME EMAILS FROM FRIENDS AND FAMILY WHO ARE NOW DEAD!

    This is NOT Instagram some Gen Z toy! I can figure out which are ads and which are not, I'm a grown up.
