I've kept this email for about 24 yrs because it works. It wasn't broke, so why try to fix it? I absolutely hate what you've done and if I wanted a format this ******, I'd have changed to a different one instead of paying you every month. Why should I keep paying you 3.99 for something I hate when I can use my backup acct for free? I would have rather paid 9.99 a month and kept the games you had, also. When you ***** something up, you do a big job of it!

If you allowed auto-rotate, most times the print got bigger and I'm able to read it. This auto-rotate works in every other email app except AOL. Please bring that back. Also, please make the default screen the inbox.

Your last update deleted the home screen widget. It would be great if we had the option to set the widget to a mail screen and not a news feed.

The old format was so much better in every way. This new format has lost important info I saved in emails. After deleting email it doesn't need to take me to the deleted folder. Suffice to say, I hate everything about this format!
