    I do not like the new format because it is user "unfriendly". I still haven't figured out the whole process. I have lost some new emails out of the blue and cannot retrieve them. the navigation is 1on a scale of 1 - 10. I have been with AOL since the mid '90s. If this format continues I will be forced to use my Google email account.

    you have changed the app without notice. some of my important folders have just gone yet some old and obviously unused ones have stayed. how can I get those files back.

    go back to the old way, it was a lot easier to use.

    this option was available in previous app. Needed so user can find unread mail quickly.

    Go back to the old days and report facts instead of twisting narratives. Reporting neutral news facts instead of one sided facts is what those before you did. They paved the way for you and all your doing is destroying the industry and separating Americans. Don't twist facts just for headlines and just do your job correctly.

    Have a on/off switch for the news I want emails not news full stop.

    The app that works was so much better than this one that doesn't. please go back to a functional app that loads completely. it's such a chore trying to check email and headlines now. just go back to the one that works please, and don't blame it on my phone. it's a new phone

    was AOL SOLD? this is what happened when QuickBooks was sold. It person deleted half the program. and the incompetent backward software people destroyed the programs back to the DOS system with multi keystrokes.WHERE SRE MY FOLDERS???

    I pay for AOL since the beginning of my usage maybe in the 19 90s. and I have stayed with you because I didn't like the other programs that my friends had. did you sell the company? this is what happened with QuickBooks they sold it and then the people who who boarded went back to the dust method of multi keystrokes. I won't say what company the software came from. give us back our old formats

    I cannot find my folders! They had Legal Information on them and legal situations legal pictures. Give me back my old AOL don't make me keystroke more times than necessary. Do not throw the baby out with the bathwater. If you don't know what that means ask Google.

    it is not user friendly nothing stands out for me. I cant navigate this at all! im returning to gmail!!
