Old format so much better.
Old format was much easier to use. Was it really necessary to change?

Please bring back the ability to "flag" emails and then sort so you only see those emails. I thought the "star" feature would work this way but it doesn't.
I am tired is seeing the ADs at the top of my Inbox and I do not need to see an icon to the left of the message, it just clutters the page.

I am very upset and distressed because many of My Folders Saved by topics with vital information are missing. I want them back! Please Restore Back to My Original Account Format ASAP with My Folders Return.

Due to chronic glitches the last couple years, progressively getting worse, I'll never use AOL as my primary again. The most dominant reason I left is critical lack/non-existent support. The new layout is nice, resembling Yahoo very closely. Mail is the only feature of AOL I use. Don't appreciate the app opens by default to news and there's no setting to switch that up.
