    this is one more of many annoying features of the new software. I wish you would either go back to the old one or at least allow and opt out. this along with the comments I've already made are some of the features of the new software I dislike tremendously. I'm sure I will discover more since I've only been using it for a day or two.

    cant find old mail I saved it some I've read how do I get it back. maybe time to leave aol

    Revert app to previous version. Stop forcing your fake news on us. Then ask us for suggestions.

    I want old format..mail..how many..dated..just like before....

    I found my folders. Look in "Saved" folder. they are all there

    I hate this new format. This format is hard to use. I lost files. My email was missing for a few days. Looks like I am not alone with my opinion. Go back to the old one.

    Email formate not user friendly. We all want the original format back. After all, you're asking for our feedback. Go figure...
