    lost folders, how do I retrieve them

    File folders should be structured just like web version, all arranged by alpha. Some get thrown as subfolders in "Saved." Why?

    I used to work in IT developing and testing and "improvements" that look pretty aren't always the easiest to use. please allow the users the option of choosing if they wish to switch to the new format or remain on the old one. I've been with you since the beginning of the internet - using an IBM model 70!! if this is driving me mad just consider the people who are not IT savvy! Sorry for being negative as you are normally great!

    I have been using this email address for my business for many years but I am considering migrating to a different email address because it is starting to take too much time. I need to be able to access my folders for historical information relating to venues that I don't work in frequently.
    Please let me have a simple and effective email client without the news etc getting in the way of working.

    Who's bonehead idea was it to change the format? This is awful! You need to switch back or l will be forced to drop AOL!

    it's not that complicated. I need my file which was named 2018 medical. I need some info today. I had another file which named printed medical. these are 2 different for a reason. I cannot find things for over year which I hadn't printed. so here is idea don't mess w stuff and tell people do not trust aol

    my screen won't rotate with this new format, needs to be a way to fix this.

    The scroll bar on most news articles doesn't work.

    The reply all button is a disaster. Reply and Delete are two high frequency commands. Reply all is not.

    Give a choice for Old or New format! Please!!
