    the new format is not working not user friendly.the new format deleted an important email.i had to then clean up the mess it caused

    aol has become the worst company. The paid customer support is probably the worst in the world. The new android app is terrible. People want to read their email, and not be taken to website as an option. Saved Folders are missing, and group contact lists are gone. The ceo of the company should resign. No one at aol cares about anything. Very sad. A disgusting company that was once a world leader. No one even responds back.

    where are my folders?? I have important data that goes back decades. where are they now? how can I retrieve them? please tell asap!!

    FIRE the person or team of people who came up with this new format. IT SUCKS IN EVERY WAY. Takes 3 times as long to to navigate.

    You should provide users with an option or at the very least tell us when you plan to launch a new platform. There is one feature that I do like, which is swiping to delete emails. But thats it.

    remove the "letter" icons from the side of each email message. I can't tell if its an ad or my actual mail. Plus, its just plain annoying to see.

    Give users the option to use the old system. it was easier and better.
