Old format was much easier to use. Was it really necessary to change?

    it's convenient to see all the folders and number of items, while reading mail. I keep a lot of old messages for business and personal use. The date of the original message is very important. Options to delete, save, spam, etc are more visible on the top of page than at he bottom. and fewer options are displayed.
    I've had aol forever because I have found it easier to use than any other easier to use than anything else. I also have a Google account for one of my businesses. I haven't been a fan of Google, but I do prefer Google to your new app. I really don't see the advantages of your new set up.

    give me my folders back. this happened to 2 files that I know of.

    Also, my account has become extremely slow. It takes forever to perform functions.
    You need to create a way to delete mass emails at once instead of having to click individual emails.

    I agree with this. My emails changed suddenly over the weekend. I didn't choose this. Please revert to the previous layout & look it was easy to use, it was clear. This new look is horrible and not easy to navigate
