    You need to bring back the auto folder "Saved Mail". Its fraud. I used that for recent newly needed SAVED messages. BRING BACK THE OLD FORMAT

    Stop changing formaTS FOR READING AND SAVING EMAILS.
    One of the reasons people like AOL is that it is simple and not "busy".
    Changing this without letting customers decide what they would prefer is not fair to your consumers. If we wanted something different, we could use another server. If you keep messing with my email and files, I may change the way I handle emails and leave aol. Not a threat, just a reality. I want some stability in the way I do and do not interact with the world. Susan Flashman

    The new unannounced version is dreadful. It is not easy to use and it hides several of the user-created folders. The old one wasn't broken. Please don't try to fix it!

    You moved most of my folders against my wishes. What is this ****, the AOL of 1996?!

    You moved active folders into "saved" and there is no way to move them back to my inbox. What a disgrace! Please fix it ASAP!!

    emails unreadable on phone. only on lower 40% of screen. header space wasted. using fingers to enlarge causes text to disappear off screen.
