    I want to have check boxes and a delete icon; it's easier to get rid of multiple unwanted emails quickly.

    Lost folders that had years of work history. Bad move aol. Deeply dislike the new format.

    new version is clean but even SLOWER for deleting mass emails in the inbox down the line... also the removal of unread messages was just dreadful.

    Will NOT "CREATE A NEW FOLDER". it shows the symbols you can't use, but will not accept "ok". THIS SUCKS!!!!

    The "help" says to look for a symbol at the top. No help!

    This new layout is awful and not user friendly. Also my email in the app no longer syncs with my email on my laptop. For example, if I delete or read an email in the app, when I go later on my laptop, the deleted email is still there, or the read email is still showing unread, even after refreshing. So I have to do everything twice. It's like duplicate accounts now instead of one account. This update might be the final straw to force me to leave the dinosaur of AOL. VERY frustrated with the changes!!!!
