    if you're going to "upgrade" AOL.. don't delete mail folders... give us any opportunity to save them to another account. then we can get rid of AOL!!!

    If folders are missing. Go to Chrome and type in mail.aol.com. your folders should be there. If there are not call (800)827-6364.
