    I have an important folder containing save details that appears to have disappeared since the last update was performed

    I am totally frustrated with the new design. Managing a much loved website as I do, I know what works and your **** new format has sacrificed convenience

    Unread mail filter-this was one of my favorite features of old format. 2nd-- PLEASE allow user to create subfolders of existing mail folder. So if I have to Move into a folder ex: Receipts, I want to create subfolders here such as Groceries, Home Improvement, etc...

    Lost folders with important information - must have them back a.s.a.p.

    where are my folders with info in them. now i have to use pen and paper and WRITE down what i want in the folder. i hate this new unfriendly system.

    I've lost my Folders, which are critical for my work- this format is awful!
