    when a new email was announced in the past I could immediately delete. that does not appear to be an option any longer. it was very helpful in keeping clutter down. please bring it back.

    New format is terrible. Go back to the previous format. New format doesn't allow me to see all of my folders and I can't move messages into folders without having to go into a Saved folder. Need to correct this now. I pay for Tech plus support and this is Not Working to the customers advantage.

    saved folders contain a lot of my individual folders. also shouldn't need to go into profile and folders to clean trash and spam. not good.
