    Want to be able to rotate the phone screen to landscape. it's annoying enlarging the text and having to move the email back and forth to view all of the text. The text doesn't wrap when enlarged.

    The format is no longer clean & straight forward. It's cumbersome and communication gets hidden. I want to see the email I'm responding to below the one I'm writing so I can refer to it in order to answer questions. It's currently a circus.

    AOL will not let me rotate emails. I have to keep scrolling back and forth to read some of them because they go off the page. it looks like many other people have complained two years ago and it's still not fixed.

    Auto-rotate no longer works on AOL for my Android device. Makes it awkward to use the app. Problem for almost 2 years now. Fix it!

    where are the instructions fir updates to Android phones, you keep flashing to update without any directions

    I've been on your service since the early 90's. Please tell me how to return to your previous email format. The newest one sucks.

    I cannot see all of my emails because this format decides what I need to see. This sucks rocks big time.

    view online. Jumps from one email to the next and I accidentally delete an email I haven't read when I intended to delete the one I just read.
