Old format was much easier to use. Was it really necessary to change?

    this new set up is horrible 😫 I can open mail read it NOT DELETE IT and go back to get 10 mins later to get a tracking number and email is GONE not in old mail where it should be ...not in trash just GONE I hate to do it but aol may be in my past I mean how does emails just poof be gone

    new format is horrible. I have talked to many people who don't like it either. I most likely will cancel my account if it doesn't get changed back. Very disgusted..

    I don't like the new email format AT ALL - don't know why it changed and why no option to go back to what we were used to ..... Give us the old email format ASAP

    The old style was much better, when you save an item you now have to search for your file name, and most of the time type the whole file name to fine the file.

    It wasnt broken. It worked for many users.

    What does your comment "I want this" mean? Very leading and deceptive auto-reply. "this" can't mean this new version!! I've read a lot of the comments and the ones I've read are negative toward this new version.
