    New interface is awkward and difficult. It wasn't broken so why change it?

    I've lost several folders on this upgrade. not sure if I like the new format as getting used to it but the loss of folders is not acceptable

    . . . inefficient use of screen space. Have to figure out how to move mail i want to save into appropriate folders or keep in new mail if need to finish reading later. Also didn't see delete at first quick glance into this new email look. I think you wasted your time & money with this layout change & ****** "upgrade". I have had an AOL email account for over 27 years now and you just flushed the classic AOL email look and I am not happy about it. plus even this comment feature is not working correctly - ****** JOB ON THIS ONE PEOPLE!

    Auto rotate not working in renewed AOL app in my tablet. I use a Lenovo tablet in landscape mode, but since the AOL app was renewed on April 7, 2021, it does not auto rotate and cannot be configured/set to work in landscape orientation. This is a major issue for me, and possibly, for other users. Please fix this ! Thank you

    can't access my saved emails where I keep all my info think ill have to switch to another provider been with you for years

    Stop switching between landscape and portrait formats - VERY ANNOYING

    Your news feed is too full of unimportant topics. Keep it Walter Cronkite in straight forward facts. Post news topics that matter and are of national importance. Real importance. Keep your reporting neutral. It is obvious you are liberal left leaning. Keep it straight down the middle.

    old format back quit trying to make things better and making them absolutely awful do it now or give us an option to go back LISTEN TO US !!!!!
