    Go back to the old format where I could see new, old or recently deleted etc emails This new app is a retrograde step

    many of my folders are missing. I have important emails stored in folders and the folders are gone. I pay monthly to use AOL mail and you have wiped out my history overnight. You should have notified your paying customer's that you were going to delete folders so we would have time to print out our files are store them in
    another format. I want my folders back.

    The new design in confusing and I am not even in the USA and I use aol because it was email format that was the most convenient for me. I loved the simplicity. As everyone uses gmail I would also do that because that platform is suggesting so much more. But I did not like their format at all. Now this new aol design looks like copying gmail and I am disappointed. I wish it was simple again.

    Not permitting autorotate is a pain, since the tablet is used in landscape mode. The tablet cover/stand is designed for this mode of operation.

    There should be a setting to decide from where to delete the e-mails: phone or phone +server.

    different email addresses. I hope AOL now rots in **** along with the instigators of this RIDICULOUS change!

    New format is more work and confusing. Whose brain child was this! If something isn't broken, don't fix it!

    I'm now unable to access my primary account. Where's the tab for switching between email accounts? Now you've screwed up the Android app. WHY??? If this isn't fixed VERY SOON, I'm switching all of my accounts over to Google. I'm inputting my primary account in this form though I'm now unable to access it.

    way too many steps to do what use to be easy. The change seems like you have a new engineer that is making stupid changes just trying to make any change to earn his paycheck.
    NOT, NOT and I repeat NOT user friendly at all. Really, have any of yall used the new format? How in the **** could you say this is better.
    How can I change the format back to the old one.
