    Why do you ask for feedback but never respond with an answer? It's obvious that the new format for e-mail is highly disliked and not a patch on the older more user friendly version. LISTEN TO THE COMPLAINTS AND RESPOND OR YOU WILL LOSE MANY MANY SUBSCIBERS . NEW VERSION IS RUBBISH

    GO BANK TO THE OLD FORMAT - ESPECIALLY FOR MOBILE PHONES. I can't see half of the items/tasks/lists/options we used to see without having to take several extra steps to find them and the Search feature flat out SUCKS

    the new is not always good! Looks are not more important than functions. I would like to return the overview that immediately tells me which email has which number. sorry but **** is ****!

    The previous version was much better. I cannot find a way to access my saved e-mail which contain important info. Please give us back the much more user friendly system. Hate the new version.

    you destroyed my contact list by ripping all information in one single contact apart by listing all info in alpha of the entire list How would I know the email address of some one who has not chosen the own name as email address .
    when are you going to make the necessary corrections ?

    where is my old mail and spam? why can't I delete more than one email at a time?

    Please return to the old format. I miss important messages every day with the new format.

    Can't read only unread mail as many users have attested. There is no 'New' option at side of inbox as you've said to other reviewers.

    stop making a conservative viewpoint look criminal. more people are conservative. They just don't speak out because of liberal bias.

    Please give the option of reverting. Can't find my deleted items at all, so have to delete them on my PC. I thought it was a mistake, so uninstalled and reinstalled - nope! So much more difficult to do anything, what possessed you to change it ?

    GO BACK TO THE OLD SYSTEM. SOME OF MY FOLDERS ARE NOT SHOWN ON THE NEW SYSTEM HAVING TO SPEND LOTS OF TIME RENEWING THEM
