    I am very close to quitting aol because of the new format. I would charge back to the original in a heartbeat. this is so difficult to use that it is virtually useless. I will be transitioning out of it after all these years unless something is done soon.

    it's bad enough to be forced to use the Yahoo mail client for AOL. But you can't view mail in landscape mode. Also, when composing an email, you can't scroll to the next field when the suggestion box is open. The AOL android email client was better.

    why did you have to change aol format. Have nothing but trouble with new format. very frustrating. why can't there even be a choice? very unhappy with aol new format

    This app totally sucks. email retrieval is a joke. Frustrating and disgusting. News is leftist and divisive. I want my monthly fees back...total scam and waste of the internet!
    you should be paying me! Family/Friends will be warned about this scrap of an app.

    i put emails in arranged folders and some of the folders aren't there w this new updated version. I honestly do not feel this update is user friendly. I prefer to go back to the last version please unless you make changes and next version is better than this one. thank you.

    I now can't find attachments sent to me because the email is part of an ongoing conversation. ridiculous

    if I had a lot of light the original style I would not have stayed with it this long I don't really think this is going to work for me.

    old so much better I lost so many emails with this one that was very important to me. and next time ask me before you change something that belongs to me. good grief.

    Why do you ask for feedback but never respond with an answer? It's obvious that the new format for e-mail is highly disliked and not a patch on the older more user friendly version. LISTEN TO THE COMPLAINTS AND RESPOND OR YOU WILL LOSE MANY MANY SUBSCIBERS . NEW VERSION IS RUBBISH

    GO BANK TO THE OLD FORMAT - ESPECIALLY FOR MOBILE PHONES. I can't see half of the items/tasks/lists/options we used to see without having to take several extra steps to find them and the Search feature flat out SUCKS

    the new is not always good! Looks are not more important than functions. I would like to return the overview that immediately tells me which email has which number. sorry but **** is ****!
