Old format was much easier to use. Was it really necessary to change?

    cany click on zoom link now. have to pht in two fiddly password very annoying. prefer old format

    I would like to find my old mail, spam, and sent mail. I can only get new mail. please help!!!

    auto rotating the email screen make it easier to read the email information.

    I opened the new version of AOL and when I was done reading my mail, I didn't see any log off/sign off option! I don't know whether I'm still logged on or not!

    I had several folders. Some remained some did not. Whoever thought of this upgrade should be fired. My cat could have done a better job.

    Very messy new format. can't do a lot of stuff that I could do before. I don't like that it does not sync with all devices.

    separate/categorize emails. have option button to delete ALL (at once) opt to delete ALL by Date.

    Many of my folders and contacts are missing, if I email myself I get a mailer daemon notice. I'm sure there are more things that I haven't discovered. Just let us go back to the old system and stop making "improvements." because they are anything but.

    al entrar a la aplicación todas las noticias salen en inglés, debería ser como la página de internet donde escogo el contenido en el idioma de mi preferencia.

    on internet aol.com you can sign/log off/out. don't see it on the app. Yahoo and Twitter, same problem

    Leave a read email in new mail for a bit longer giving time to both forward then respond to it

    I prefere the old format. It was rotating. The currently "initiales avatars" looks like coming from eitghies, I will prefer something more design. Thank you for what you will do to live a better experience on aol. ☺
