    Ever since you changed the format I am unable to view emails using auto rotate. It's very annoying

    bring back the old way of sending/receiving emails. I don't like my email to disappear after I read them. very dissatisfied.

    Stay with the OLD AOL, not AOL GOLD. It is easier for me to use OLD AOL.

    The new format is really annoying. keeps switching between news and email whenever you open. Doesn't allow landscape orientation, the old one did. Screen goes blank a lot when you open an email. Just some of the negative things about the new format.

    whoever came up with this new format needs to be fired, immediately. It is absolutely terrible and far from user friendly. Reinstate the old format immediately

    Have or allow default start up to be AOL email instead of AOL news.

    The new update is bad! It buffers, Fails to load and goes blank. Poor!

    Garbage Spam sent to me from me. then you have to go one by one to delete or send to spam. once marked as spam always should go to spam. not inbox. it is absolutely ridiculous.
