Old format was much easier to use. Was it really necessary to change?

    I never had a pin # for this app. now I can't get my email. not happy.

    why are some of my files (of saved emails) showing as subfiles of other files???

    I move emails to my older folders and they just disappear never to be found. Whoever updated AOL is an IDIOT!

    i hate getting emails in segments as well. 10 here. 35 there. I have to keep working it to get it all. waste of time.

    There is no freaking way to do a search for a specific word or group of words or an email address anymore!! For if there is a way to search it certainly not apparent... And I certainly can't figure out any way to type in words to search for!!!!!! PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP

    I received an email and I hit reply all. I removed the few people I didn't want on the email and typed my response. I saved it to draft to double check information. I opened it back up from draft and checked to make sure only the people I wanted the email to go to were the only ones in the to/cc lines. I added to the body of the email and checked yet again that only the people I wanted the email to go to were in the to/cc lines and hit send. I then get a text from the person I sent the email to asking if I meant to send the email to everyone that was previously on the email. My answer was obviously no. After triple checking that the email was only going to the people I wanted, some how it went to everyone that was on the email previously. It either didn't recognize I deleted people from the to/cc line or added the addresses back. That should not happen.

    not being able to access existing aol email contacts file is one step too far. Makes my cell phone unintegratable with my other devices. Have to consider migrating to another platform after more than 30 years. By the way, I have also been paying a modest subscription monthly to have support calls answered every year or two when you all would make a bonehead mistake, usually that noone documented.

    I want the old format, this one looks identical to yahoos format.

    looks like a bug in the app. All folders which I have created have disappeared. however, I can still retrieve them on my PC only.

    All my Folders are not accessible! I have to search to find Folders that are not shown to move my mail to them. When I want to find my folders when I want to open them I can't find them! its aweful! There are only a certain amount of folders that I can Open but The rest are not showing! I pay to be able to access my folders and now with this new update I have nothing but problems. The old format Is much simpler and better to use.
