    If you are charging me for this service why am I then seeing advertising? STOP THE ADVERTISING TO PAYING CUSTOMERS!

    the news sections are frozen, cant click on anything or scroll to read and now are all from Yahoo and other news sources that are not reputable as before like ny times, post, etc... and I really dont like that when you open the app it automatically goes to that area and not your email first. I dont like this

    I need the address book on my phone, How can I send an e mail if the address book is not available? If this is not corrected, we shall abandon AOL to another server, and lose what contacts I have had stored here for years. This is not acceptable.

    I don't appreciate my emails constantly closing as I'm reading them. You click on it again, start reading where you left off, it closes again. Or you click to open email and it closes, over and over and never opens. The constant ads are annoying. When I open the app in want to see my emails not aol headlines. Please go back to the old format.

    It doesn't show all my new emails and frequently has gaps for hours or days. The worst was when it showed emails sent from the last few hours and then show nothing from the past 6 days but will show older unread ones. I'm constantly missing important emails and have to search by email address to see if they sent one. I open up a specific email and another one randomly opens up. I also have this same issue with the Yahoo Mail app and am very disappointed you switched over to the same interface. Please go back to the old version.

    I am still unable to get email notifications on Samsung Android 10 phone. this changed after you modified the app!

    Old format please. I do not want to open to see who it's from before deleting! Really hate ready to bail.

    you are sending a verification code to an old number I updated my mobile number months ago and you are still using my old number
