    Press the preview of a message to turn it bold to indicate unread and new mail. The current toggling is very confusing and unreliable.

    Old format was much better. This new format is too difficult to understand. I can't figure out how to do certain things. Let us choose the old format if that is what we want to use.

    Please allow us to switch back to the old app format. The banners around the emails squeeze the text to the point I cannot read it.
    Also, the emails now display so much data for each email that I cannot get all my emails to load with limited bandwidth. Emails are missing from the app!

    So confusing! Can't find folders, try and do something, takes me 10 min to figure out. I want the old app back. I pay for this subscription. Really do not want to change, but am considering it!

    Your new app is terrible. I can't even figure out how to search my old mail. Haven't you ever heard " If it isn't broken don't fix it".

    How do I find my unread emails? I can not find an option for this.

    when I try to save my important emails some of my file folders are missing in the folder area

    The old version was so much better the one here is no longer user-friendly and totally confusing!

    the new format sucks! at least it only affectes my phone, not tablet,laptop or desktop! want the old one back!

    Much preferred old format. This one too busy. Also, our incoming mail suddenly going to Spam, not Inbox! Sucks!

    no contact list when you want to forward mail
    go back to old format
    much easier to use.
