Old format was much easier to use. Was it really necessary to change?

    the new format is terrible and unworkable. the old format was great so why change it? to having file a download before seeing it is ridiculous

    I reply to a message but it doesn't show my reply. I have to go into my sent email folder to check that the message has been sent. then it just shows the sent message and doesn't link to the original message . it used to show all the messages in line but it doesn't now. I'm thinking that I might have to change from aol which is a shame as I've used AOL for over 20 years

    Saving mail in folders was the best thing about aol. I kept all my online purchase confirmations, ticket confirmations and important business info communications. it made it so organized. Searching isn't the same either.

    I lost all my folders. The ability to email in folders was the sole reason I have used aol as my email for over 30 years.

    l really want the old format I am so mad cuz I lost bunch of saved mails and files please I want them back
