Old format was much easier to use. Was it really necessary to change?

    I'm not here to see your liberal headlines or any headlines for that matter, I am using your app strictly for email. I should not have to click on the mail icon when I open the app, I never had to before, I don't want to now. If you want to try updating your app, fine by me, I can manage but in settings there should be an option for where you're directed when opening the app and inbox should be an option. I do not want to go to your home page, I don't want to see news or ads or whatever you're trying to push, I just want my email.

    space. I can't figure out how to get rid of the huge header in emails offering me a link to their site. it just means I have to scroll down to actually read their email.

    The font in the body of an email is very small but the preview font is so big that not many words can be seen due to being shortened.

    HATE this format. I lost 77 folders in which I kept all my confirmations of paid bills, crucial information and messages from deceased family and friends. ESSENTIAL INFORMATION!!!! I not only want them all back, but I want the old format back.

    Go back to the way things were before. This new app makes the t very difficult to open new emails which frequently disappear without trace. This is not an improvement !

    Personal folders missing in app, present in web version. Tried AOL suggestions, reinstalled app, rebooted, tried data & wifi. Got one folder out of dozens. Samsung A71 all updates.

    Too busy for quick search. Difficult to do search for older emails.

    New format is so confusing, cant delete properly and finding things is a nightmare, you aren't Gmail, stop trying to be.

    old style. AT LEAST I CAN SEND STUFF AND NOT HAVE SOMETHING ELSE BE SENT OF WHAT I HAD PICKED TO SEND
