Old format so much better.
Old format was much easier to use. Was it really necessary to change?

I want the old email system back. NOW. I have been saving emails from various sources for years for research and you arbitrarily dumped a lot of my folders. WITH OUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT. HOW DARE YOU. I can't even reconstruct the files because thanks to you, I can't find them. FIX IT.

AOL no longer syncs with outlook or Windows 10 despite following the instructions from the AOL help page, thus I am unable to read all my mail from one place. This has left me with the enormous task of contacting all of my email contacts to change to an alternative email account.

There are many problems with NEW VERSION of AOL app
- Why are many easy-to-use features from old AOL version missing now? Many of of the features changed make aol much less useful and less user friendly since now missing features that are still very common throughout many programs.
- Was app actually "created" instead of updated removing or not including useful features and ways to access old useful features?
- I did a test to see choices when back out of a DRAFT email and chose DELETE DRAFT instead of Saved, the only other choice. Have to be very quick!! If pick DELETE DRAFT, there are only 2 choices:
-- Cancel puts back in the DRAFT
-- Or, DELETE PERMANENTLY!!
- Missing upper left corner menu icon. "Pancake" stack drop open & down menu is a very common feature other apps still have.
- Like old AOL app, I want it to pause until I Save or DISREGUARD changes.
- Is there a way to UNDO too-quickly auto-saves changes as back out of an email?
- Subject doesn't have new line key so can't put in line-breaks so can only see beginning of Subject as far end runs off screen.
- Message come up when Copy or Delete that text was put into Clip Tray, but can't access a Clip Tray? How do I get to pick from multiply items (even long save sentences & paragraphs) like in old app?
-- Only choices in pop-up Subject menu are Cut, Copy, Paste & SelectAll.
-- Nor does menu in Body of email have Clip Tray.
- Even though wasn't in old app either, wished could paste & copy in TO, CC & BCC fields, too.

This whole disaster calls for a total rewrite of the code to make it suitable for notebooks.
