Old format so much better.
Old format was much easier to use. Was it really necessary to change?

I was a paying member of AOL before it was free. my username is only 7 characters long with no numbers, so you know I've been around for a while. not sure what the mobile changes were made for, but when you have to work harder to use your Mobile device, the application is not friendly... and therefore not as safe.

Go back to old format, please. Can't rotate my tablet 😕 to horizontal. Hate this, hard to hold my tablet. Don't change your news my husband and I love what you put out. No one has to read the news,, that's their choice and maybe they would learn something.. Thank you.

Just stop trying to influence me politically with your left wing socialist reporting! Everyone I know is saying the same thing! I have been a member of AOL for over 25 years but your current methods of promoting liberal socialist views are not acceptable. Please stop and report both sides!

You deleted my folders with all my needed receipts. I'm screwed for my early taxes and banking . Go back to the old format.

I don't want to be able to look at my "main" folders only, I want to be able to find them all! I star certain emails to easily find them later but if I have to scroll through my whole inbox to find them instead of being able to click to the left and click on all starred emails it is therefore meaningless to star important emails to easier find later. To take away functions along with the new setup for our email app is completely foolish and doesn't seem well thought out. I don't mind the new view or setup as long as all of the old functions come back as well. Why fix something that wasn't broken.
