    fire the morons who messed with a perfectly well-working system to "improve" it. They ruined my tablet use. These improvements are making it very VERY laborious and annoying to use my tablet. i havectrued to get used to it, but it is really aggravating.

    when i get emails it is not popping up on screen i turned on all notification everything

    I have 2 aol accounts. It won't let me switch back and forth without continuously signing in and out. It won't show me both at one time. No options to fix it. Absolutely nothing is user friendly!
    And those annoying constant ads at the top of the email pain that constantly have to be cleared off make me NEVER want to do business with ANY of the companies who advertise like that! I can't stand having **** I don't want shoved in my face constantly when I'm trying to work!
    I've used AOL for years and years, but I'm ready to change!

    So many folders have disappeared. The new Email format is horrible. But you didn't have to touch our FOLDERS. I have lost valuable pictures that I can never replace. You had no right to touch our FOLDERS. They were created for a reason. I have been with you for over $20 years (paying when no one else charges) for you to do this?!! So disappointed!!!

    The current format is confusing and not pleasant to use. It was easy to use originally. Why 'fix' something that works and turn it into a product that is really bad?

    I am e mailing you again. I worked with new format and it is terrible. go back to old format. it was more user friendly. this new format is a mess. will need to make a change if old format is not.put back in or at least the option to have a choice.
