    My husband had a stroke many years ago and only has use of one arm. He cannot access Mail in the portrait position. His tablet must rest in the landscape position so that he can access his mail without holding his tablet in the only hand he can use. Your elimination of the Landscape option has rendered his tablet unusable. Your application is currently noncompliant with the ADA. This must be fixed. Judy Miceli for Thomas Miceli

    app has not been working properly for a while. cannot get all my emails for 1 day to load until deleting some. pinch to zoom does not work correctly. it used to. it will zoom to a different area of your email than what you want.

    I know that noone is pleased with the new email system. Since there is no customer support I have tried Google. Same complaints, no solution.
    How can we get support without paying a fee? I TRULY feel that AOL doesn't care.

    Make Email my default display when opening the app

    Games don't install correct and if they do there ate to many ads or things you have to buy. Hate when I am trying to get on a site and it takes me to the apps and then the app isn't working.

    you have purposely removed the option to uninstall updates. the latest update, is causing issues and I have no other option but to delete the app. whilst people generally don't like change, everyone wants a better way to communicate. this latest update is causing an annoyance to communicating. Replying to an email, should be easier. forwarding an email, shouldn't mean the text turns purple. even after deleting sounds, your sounds reappear in my downloads.

    Make all emails and folders available in phone app (Android); stopped working when new app came in.

    I made folder for fitbit & regularly put items in it then suddenly after an update I can't do it cause it disappeared. now to do it I must type it into search bar to bring folder up then put email into it. very frustrating. it's not just 1 folder either its many & I want it fixed. go back to way it was.
