    if it ain't broke, don't fix it. First, identify what is perceived as a problem, confirm that it is generally seen as needing a fix then clarify what was fixed and give the option of adopting the new approach. This will provide a metric of whether the fix is generally accepted or wasjaust an unneccessary alternative. just the 2 cents of a frustrated user.
