    old format was better cant seem to send emails as I can't find my address book

    The old landscape page was much easier to use. I hate having the email in portrait is there some way to go back to landscape?

    preview option in the aol mobile app disappeared after update to the app..before, i can preview any attachment sent to me but now, if i try to preview any attachment,all i get is a black screen with "no preview" banner. when i try downloading the attached file, all i get is a blank screen.. this even happens to attached documents i send to myself

    Not interested in the news...want easy and quick access to my emails and other email accounts like my Gmail. Maybe it is time to closeout AOL.

    Please restore my AOL phone app. It is completely impossible to deal with communication in the 'new format' on my BlackBerry! If I cannot use it as a work aid I will have no choice but to STOP my PAID membership and go to another email platform. This is not a change I can make without serious difficulties from my user end as it will affect all of my personal and much of my professional communication. Please Addvise

    The old format was much better. It was easy to use, simple, and it didn't force you to see the News page first if you didn't want to. You need to restore the old format.

    fix it so that the links will open, give us the option to choose which format to use, when I called customer support they had no idea how to get the links to open & were more interested in selling me a monthly subscription for a technician

    Missing E-mails. E-mail client omits blocks of messages from INBOX which I can only retrieve using browser on my PC. I don't like new format showing elapsed time since messages arrived in my INBOX. I prefer the display format showing the local time of day when message wad delivered.

    in this new format I cannot find my list of contacts. I turned on the sync my contacts option but I see no icon to tap to find my contact list. and... in the old version if I tap the first few letters it filled in the rest. sometimes it does that in this version and sometimes it doesn't. I also hate the extra step I have to take to keep something new bye tapping move and then new mail.
