How can we improve the AOL App?

Please fix problem downloading attachments on Kindle Fire HD

Attachments no longer download on Kindle Fire HD using latest AOL mail app. Always says "we have encountered a snag, please try again later". This used to work fine. Tried rebooting as well as reinstalling the AOL app and still have the same issue. Help please., Xx,,,
