    Why would you complain about the news not loading? The forced news page is the worst!!! All I want is my email!

    I can't open my mail. Very frustrating and I hate the "new" and "old" email. Don't 'fix' what's not broken!! If this continues I'll be forced to change from AOL mail I've had for years to another website mail.

    Stop sending ads that I don't need or didn't request. I get enough ads just getting on the internet. AND why does AOL automatically load to news? This is extemely annoying!! If changing my email address wasn't so much bother I would have done it when you updated AOL.

    that last update made a mess off what was a wonderful format...also breaking things down by today yesterday last week etc is Overkill & deleting is a nightmare

    emails won't open in old mail or in search. they blink up and then close immediately.
    I uninstalled the app and reinstalled to see if that would fix it. Nope, it still prevents opening old mail.
    you have a programming glitch.

    please tell me where to find my drafts .the last update is confusing . My in coming emails disappear I can't find where they are. please help me. send me instructions on how to use my AOL. I've tried hard to figure it out but the last update has been the worst and hardest for me. thank you for your help.
