    absolutely awful new system, why change something that has worked perfectly in the past, too many ads, not user friendly at all, your new system

    Just want my emails. I read news elsewhere and don't want the ads. When I want to buy something I know where to get it.

    when are you going to restore the rotation feature? The font is too tiny when you hold the phone vertical and to enlarge it and then have to go back and forth to read a sentence is untenable.

    this is utter rubbish go back to original that has worked perfectly for years. looks like I will have to create a new email with another provider ASAP. Just hate what is there now!

    News via app isn't loading. When I refresh, I get "network unavailable" which makes no sense. I am online with other things. I can got to aol.com and news loads fine. I even reinstalled. App is broken.

    New format is horrible! E-mails disappear and show up again only after exiting and re-accessing the page. Search feature does not produce all results. Ridiculous! I, too, am thinking that after 20+ years with AOL I need to find a new service.

    Bring back old app! aol won't rotate, have lost some folder files (they are all their if I sign in to online call). please, fix this for Fire 10 tablet or I'm gone to another server after 20+ years.
