How can we improve the AOL App?

Fix the email! I lost 95% of email I'd saved across all platforms. Also lost all of last year's. Email going from inbox to trash???

    all of my saved mail is gone. what happened? I had necessary information such as tax returns and medical records, financial items for this year, etc. Now it is all gone. Some of it going back to when I first opened my account almost 30 years ago.

    All my mail folders are empty.!! What happened to my saved emails??

    most of my mail goes directly into trash without me ever looking at it!
