    I can't even get my e-mails to come up. Can't read them. I liked the old way. Please put it back to the way it was.

    was simple for this old lady to use - now it's a nightmare

    The icon badge shows I have the exact same amount of emails no matter how many I delete or how many new ones I receive.

    hate this new format. what was wrong with how it was before? and get rid of the ads and suggestions. I'm not interested.

    This service was much better before you updated it!! Every time I open an email, when I close it, it automatically goes to old mail!!! I have to search for it in other files to get it back!! Is there something I can do to make this easier???

    You have wrecked AOL it is virtually inoperable. Click on one email and another one opens! I might as well be using an etch-a-sketch at this point!
