    The latest version is INTOLERABLE! The text comes out illegibly small and rotate has been removed so there's no recourse!
    I notice Yahoo still has rotate!!

    I can't take this change in email.
    I think I may switch to Gmail.
    It is ridiculous!!

    why are there ads? I pay for Aol and yet I still have annoying ads at the top. I hate the news feed. I don't like that my mail moves to the older mail folder on it's own after I look at it. get rid of your fancy BS. paying customers should not get ad's and news feed unless they opt in for it. why can't we block senders anymore?

    When I click on one it will open a different email, even on a different page.

    I can no longer see the senders url to verify if it's spam. I delete mail and it comes back to be deleted again and again. the new format is similar to Gmail. if I wanted gmail, I'd use Gmail. this is the crappiest restructuring ever! please fix this. old version was easy, fast, and convenient. now even saving mail to folders is a hassle.

    AOL is to hard to retrieve emails or account info if forgotten. please make it easier for people who are technically challenged.

    Please go back to old format. l do not know why you had to change the format. The old format worked very well. This new set-up is a pain to use!!!!

    rubbish new format 90% people saying go back to old format,but AOL after the advert money,even if click dont like advert still send them again and again NO PRIVACY LAWS HERE

    had no problem with aol for years but now not getting any mail on aol
    might as well drop it since it hasn't worked for months.

    The new email is cumbersome and a pain to use. It makes it more difficult to use.
