the contact information is not complete in the aol app. In my previous phone I could get all of the contact information(address,birthdayetc)
I should be able to see addresses, birthday, spouse, notes, etc. the same way I see it on my aol address book on my desktop. I called aol and we uninstalled the aol app and then reinstalled it but that did not solve the issue. I had the aol app in my previous android phone and I was able to see all of the contact information I mentioned above. Perhaps the problem is with the current aol app I installed on this new phone and it does not show all the contact information I saw on previous aol app.
