well since I was hacked I haven't been able to even log into my account. and finally after about a year now I finally been able to. but AOL
when you sell your services for identity theft and or security you should help the customers install it to make sure it's done properly or if it gets done at all. I was only partially into mine before it was taken away by the hackers then used against me and then regaining access and or recovering was denied by you. I did everything on my own! how do you have the nerve to send me a bill? didn't you think since my account was unaccessible by you, aol, that maybe I'm having a hard time just holding on? that account is so important which I disclosed with you but yet you let the hacker to continue. you're not the only company either a lot of companies allowed parentheses "her" to continue taking what's rightfully mine. and now I'm having a hard time getting through to the Pennsylvania pandemic unemployment compensation portal, which was linked to this account. so I'm assuming "SHE' GOT AWAY WITH THAT 10,000 TO $15,000 COMPENSATION FROM UNEMPLOYMENT THAT BELONG TO ME.
