How can we improve the AOL App?

I see others with the same problem. It's impossible to compose an email on my phone. The cursor jumps to another place and time.

Since it's impossible to compose an email, I forward to another account. After more than 30 years, it might be time to truly relegate my AOL account to a place for junk mail .

Hi. This issue is currently under investigation by our team and we hope to  have a fix in a new update to the AOL app. In the meantime, I would suggest using a different keyboard than the one you have, such as GBoard (Google keyboard) or Microsoft SwiftKey. We appreciate your cooperation!

    I can't write an email without cursor strolling down the page. As I try to stroll back up, it strolls back down again. Annoyed with changes

    I can no longer reply to an email without the app jumping to the bottom of the page. You need to fix this or return to the reliable old version that worked perfectly

    Read the reviews left by thousands of others. Curser keeps going to the bottom of the page when trying to reply or compose a new email.

    reply to an email, cursor drops to bottom of email. can not even see what I'm typing and adds returns. wasted 1/2 day with Samsung to realize it is an AOL issue. to loose the ability to reply to emails when running a business cuts into profitability! need fixed asap.

    problems using the app on my cell -which I do for my business.
    1. Not all my folders have transferred -one of which receives filtered new emails. How to fix this?
    2. I also cannot add any attachments to emails (photo or other).
    These are seriously affecting my workday.

    You really messed this up! You need to put everything back the way it was. You can't even type a reply to an email without it rolling to the bottom with every damned letter typed. That leads to a lot of errors.

    the 'new' email jumps around the screen for no reason. why are you messing up a perfectly good email app???
