    I can't access one of my AOL accounts. when I try to reset the password, the code sent to me didn't work. I tried it several times. I carefully put on the code and check it but I'm told it's invalid. No solution is provide except to pay for premium service.

    Unable to get emails on mobile since icon turned yellow. Does allow to enter code but just sits on screen buffering to load. Would like to know what this is happening?

    I'm also not able to read my emails. when I try to open them, there is a blank screen. What is going on with AOL. same thing with the news feed.

    ever since I was able to have an email when I was 16 I'm 28 now all of a sudden I'm locked out of my account it's been closed without my knowledge and consent

    I don't remember wanting a two step identification on my account.
    I don't have a US phone number and it's refusing to change to my number in Kenya. I think this is a very unethical practice of treating customers. I have been with netscape, aim and aol for 40 years.

    I cannot access my aol.com emails. I spent 3 hours with no luck. Aol refused not help because I am in Kenya.

    None of 5 emails sent to me this morning came through - NONE!
    Advertising emails came through.

    I am deaf so I do. NOT use audio. Why can't I access my messages unless I use audio, which I CANNOT hear?

    I Don't want to be charged $5.02 a month for AOL Amenities, cancel that and just send me my free emails. I do not want McAfee or any of the benefits that you provide? I have not used one of them in all this time. Cancel that and give me my regular AOL mail for free
