How can we improve the AOL App?

    I also found that email a few hours into the day disappears and then shows up the next day. I finally found that if you open your email scroll down a couple of days and scroll back up, all new email will show up.

    It is so annoying with the news stories jumping around, I initially just didn't go back to see ones I hadn't read. After today when it was doing it more than usual I probably won't read AOL news anymore. Plenty of normally exhibited news sites as alternatives.

    Having the same problem of jumping to the next email and an email disappearing.

    same problems. how do I save an email after I had read it?? the "save to inbox" doesn't work

    I get emails, read them, scroll, and then some disappear... from the app entirely. emails should not disappear if you scroll; only if sent to trash which I did not.

    also moves from new mail folder to old mail too soon; why automatic?!

    experiencing the same problem...consider leaving AOL if it's not fixed asap. It was only a simple basic function to reply an email without the screen jumping up & down...extremely frustrating! Been with AOL for over 30 years but the past couple years' changes were simply for the worse.

    when replying to email. keeps bouncing up and down. have to constantly keep s rolling back up to where I was. why is this happening.
