This issue was resolved by installing GBoard or another keyboard.

I can no l longer write or answer any emails without the keyboard constantly disappearing and the cursor dropping pages down. I scroll all the way back up for it to do the same thing over and over. Guessing after decades of using AOL it's time to move on as its impossible to use this company anymore, maybe that's their ulterior motive, bye bye AOL 👋

I agree with the comments about the difficulty in being able to reply to messages with you Android phone app.
I've had this account for over 25 years.
You need to fix this now.
What kind of testing do you do that allows something as bad as this get into production? -

It is a nightmare trying to reply to anyone! To the point I may can el my 25 years with AOL

please get rid of the shopping page. I don't need 2 emails from the same person. it's redundant and causes confusion, and takes up space. thank you.

the new format is impossible to use. the message drops to the bottom of the screen and it's necessary to scroll up to the top if you're fast enough. Outlook is now easier.

responding to an email thread is RIDICULOUSLY DIFFICULT. The page jumps to the bottom instead of staying on response line. Forcing me to use Gmail way more often and eventually going to make me dump AOL.

Samsung OneUI 5.0 introduced a bug. Samsung fixed it in OneUI 5.1 upgrade. please check if you are using that version. if yes, please close and re-open the app. Predictive text should be working and screen jumping around while replying should resolve as well.

what happened to predictive text and auto capitalization?

Are there people employed by AOL whose sole purpose is to sabotage apps that used to work ? What has happened to predictive text and spell check on email ? Amateurs !

I've been having the same problem for weeks! This is beyond unacceptable. I have had to move all business contacts and personal contacts to Hotmail. Only my "subscription," emails (a.k.a. junk mail,) will remain with AOL. After 30 years with AOL, you finally forced me to leave.

I'm having the same problem. My predictive text has disappeared even though it's turned on and part of my keyboard layout has changed. What is going on?

the app throws you to the bottom of the screen when you are not actively typing, this is both annoying and time consuming. Also my keyboard has stopped working properly even though the settings are all correct, not having predictive text, auto capitalisation and changing spelling errors. This is now stopping me sending emails as I can not see the email on my predictive text once I start typing

i am fed up trying to email, since update screen jumping about disappearing , takes twice as long to write a simple email.
if it continues I will have to think of changing my email. -

Same problem here. Whether composing new messages or replying to others the app continues to add more and more blank lines below as my message scrolls up and out of sight. It's so aggravating as to be WORTHLESS.

Please fix the annoying issues that have been going on with AOL email! I'm ready to switch to a 3rd party email if you don't, but I've been with AOL way too long to want to do that. But, if forced, I won't have a choice. Again, pls fix the issues. Thank you.

Replying to an email is impossible. I have to start a NEW email, so I can type without the screen moving on its own. Defeats the purpose of having the Reply option. Please fix this for all of us!
