How can we improve the AOL App?

this app has never worked. I can see my emails in my alerts but the inbox just spins and never loads.

    All new mail does not populate when app is opened. This should never happen! I have been very patient but the problem has become consistently worse instead of better. Occurs on both Kindle and Android apps!!! Long past time to fix the problem ~
