It's disturbing that AOL is holding my email account ******* and that I have to pay a ransom just to get help. What a sad, sad situation...
I have to pay money to get any type of help with my email account that I've had for thirty years. Shame on you you people and AOL in general. I would not recommend AOL to anyone I know.
